By making a reservation, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
General
The inquiry or reservation request is initiated in any of the following ways: through our website or through our publication on the Booking.com or Airbnb.com platforms.
Once we receive your inquiry or reservation request, we will contact you as soon as possible to provide you with information regarding availability and rates for your stay.
For the reservation to be confirmed, you must pay the amount we inform you within 48 hours. Otherwise the "reservation block is lost".
This payment can be made by credit cards or bank transfer.
Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of the rental and a PDF manual specifying how to get to and enter the Container and details of its operation to be taken into account.
Prices
Unless expressly indicated in our web pages, the published prices include building expenses, municipal taxes, electricity, gas, water, and, when expressly specified, other services such as cable TV, Internet access, cleaning service, etc. The cleaning service does not release the tenant from the obligation to leave the apartment in the same conditions in which it was delivered.
Security Deposit
The landlord will inform the tenant in case it is necessary to pay a security deposit, together with the rental amount, a security deposit whose value varies according to the rental period and the number of people staying in the apartment. The deposit must be paid together with the value of the temporary rental and will be returned, without interest or updates of any kind, the day after the check out after review of the apartment and the inventory. In the event of damages, deterioration, unpaid bills (if applicable) or shortages attributable to the tenant, the tenant shall pay the expenses according to the values established in the inventory (or, failing that, at market values). Such expenses may be deducted from the security deposit, it being made clear that if the value of the damage is greater than the value of the security deposit.
The corresponding cleaning expenses shall follow the same procedure.
Check In and Check Out
The document sent with the confirmation of the reservation indicates the way to enter the Container on behalf of the renter.
Check in and check out times will be agreed upon according to the needs of the tenant and the owner.
Changes and cancellations.
The cancellation of a reservation by the renter, for any reason whatsoever, will imply the loss of the money paid, but the renter will be able to reschedule his stay.
The landlord reserves the right to cancel in case of logistical problems that prevent the stay from being carried out, such as: problems in the water supply by the municipality of Camarones, problems caused by the weather in the area or malfunction of the services or facilities of the Container.
In this case, the lessor will always give the lessee the possibility to reschedule the stay or receive a full or partial refund of the money paid, as appropriate.
Applicable regulations
The parties to the contract (lessor and lessee) are responsible for compliance with all applicable regulations in Argentina (both national and local).
